KOBASHI RELAX & SLEEP:
A pure essential oil blend of lavender vera, chamomile (roman), marjoram & valerian; renowned for their calming and soothing properties.
AROMA: Sweet, floral, slightly appley. Reminds me of a garden in the summer time.
QUALITIES: A restful, calming blend of oils. A very pleasant aroma to help you sleep or relax.
APPLICATIONS: Ideal for an Aroma Stone or Burner. Try a few drops on a hanky or in the bath at the end of the day. Actually quite a nice natural perfume. (Must be diluted to less than 3% in carrier or moisturiser if used on skin). Add to a carrier oil for a restful, relaxing massage. Also available as a ready-to-use roller ball. If using to help sleep, less is more; use only one to three drops on a hanky near the pillow.
